Pretty funny

That was pretty funny. xP I kinda got the poor pilgrim stuck in an infinite loop though, I tried seeing what would happen if I didn't get a single turkey. As I'm writing this review he's still feverishly biting at the air xP I didn't think I'd ever see a Pilgrim trying to eat the air, nor did I think I'd ever see one take up half of my screen.

Pretty good

As a fan of Point 'n Click games and horror, these style games usually pique my interest. This one was pretty good, not as scary as it could've been, but the atmosphere was expertly executed so it was definitely creepy. The puzzles were somewhat easy, but still took some thought, which is the entire point. Not bad!

S'all Right

It was fun, but unfortunately some glitches kinda ruined it for me. Mainly the "Get squished by air" glitch that happens about every 2 seconds. If you climb onto a block, you often get squished by nothing, or you'll get squished by a block on the other side of the board. You also get squished if you try and save a fall by climbing onto a block even if there isn't a block above it. It's fun, but that glitch is REALLY killing it for me. Please fix it. Otherwise, its pretty fun and I love that Tetris remix.

Awesome!

I will admit, I am unfamiliar with Cuboy, though considering the fact that this made me smile, I should probably watch 'em. I'm a massive fan of point n' click games, and this one was very good! Good level of difficulty, while the puzzles were simple they still required a little good guesswork. The humour was obviously a big part, and you guys did a good job. The sound design was great as well, the soundtrack kicked ass and the voice acting complimented the humor and theme.

Can't wait for the next one! Too bad the narrator couldn't finish his sentence though. xp

Not too bad.

I really like it. I'm a fan of point and click adventures, so this was a little easy but still had a little challenge, and of course the premise is interesting. I didn't like having to kill the caterpillar though :< I love the caterpillar, even have a hookah with him on it.

Oh well, good game! Looking forward to the next pieces.

Awesome!

I love the Pandemic games, and this was a welcome twist on it. You know, while playing this I kind of got an idea: Multiplayer Pandemic. Yeah, using this system and an updated version of the original system, you could have a multiplayer version where one player controls the virus like in the other Pandemic games, and another player controls the government like here and they have to constantly outsmart each others actions. It would maybe work better local multiplayer since it would be a lengthy game, or maybe there could be a "save" feature incorporated for longer games. That'd be pretty sweet. In fact, having both as an option for single player in Pandemic 3 (Please?) would be pretty rad. Consider what I've said, seriously :P

This game KICKS ASS.

Seriously, I have to admit I was skeptical when I first went in, normally I get bored of cannon/toss games rather quickly, but this has enough variety to make it infinitely better than most games of it's ilk. Having guns, upgrades, money, and collectibles adds a lot more fun in the game, and with a wider variety of obstacles than any other "Toss" game, makes it so much more replayable and varied. The graphics are great as well, my only problem is that the music gets repetitive after a while.

Thanks guys for creating an awesome game!

Fav'd :)

Alright, but there's one crippling flaw

It's an interesting take on Tetris, and one of the better flash versions since you can hold pieces and what not which a lot of versions don't allow, but the main problem is that its hard to really tell the spaces. You should make the limbs fit closer together or have some sort of grid, as there were times that the spaces between the sprites seemed too wide and I'd end up screwing up and finding out that it wasn't a slot- it was just the space between the already fallen pieces.

Otherwise, pretty good.

A big review from a big Doom fan

I'm a HUUGGGEEE doom fan, which is why I was so quick to click on this link. The first thing I prayed was that it wasn't as lame as the previous "Doom 2D" dos thingy.

It was actually pretty good. The graphics were ported well, and the backgrounds had a good scroll, so the graphics were good and all the animations were proper.

The controls worked, although I do think you needed a crouch button because it was often hard to dodge bullets and projectiles, in fact it was nigh impossible unless the enemy was on a ledge and you were below, hopping and popping. Even trying to jump over projectiles didn't seem to work.

There were also some collision problems with the platforms, not only could DoomGuy stick his head through a platform and if the game was feeling mean, get stuck like that, there were times that I would land on a platform and go through it. It seems more of a glitch than a programming error, because other than my head going through the platforms, falling through them doesn't always happen.

Otherwise, it was actually an admirable attempt to bring us a sidescrolling Doom game. :)

Hi mate,

thanks for the constructive criticism. I experienced some of the "falling-through-issues" only when the game lags. To avoid this you could try and close any other browserwindow that is open.

I'm trying to upgrade the game in the upcoming weeks...

Thanks folks for the feedback so far, it helps to make the game better.

Clunky.

This platformer was all right. It was a bit clunky in many aspects from the overall gameplay and the graphics. The graphics seemed stiff and inanimated, but the detail was nice and so were the backgrounds. Moving was a pain because the collision was awful- sometimes you'd go through blocks randomly others you'd get stuck INSIDE of. Other than that, fairly standard fair but I'd work on it a bit more. Oh, also please put in some music next time? :P

You ever get the feeling like something is in your brain gnawing away at your sanity? Yeah, that's me.
