GENIUS!

You sir, are a GENIUS! This movie was pure balls to the wall GENIUS! I haven't seen such GENIUS in years! I can't wait to see more by you. Your contribution to the Disney Collab was one of the few good ones, and Carl V. Computer was pretty good, but this is TRUE GENIUS! I shall have to look forward to your work in the future.

Awesome as usual :D

As usual Chris, your animation, your bizarro sense of humour, everything is great. I've told my friend Emma in Perth to keep an eye out for this on TV :P She's not too familiar with you, but maybe you'll find another fan. Fav'd as usual!

Sexual-Lobster responds:

thanks croutons! i just hope the tv version makes sense, i had to cut a lot out.

Honestly? Meh.

Personally, I felt that a large portion of the collab was stale and not that funny or interesting. I did like the opening, that was clever. Work brings freedom, indeed ;P. As far as the actual spoofs, the only one I actually cared for was Sleeping Beauty. That one was pretty funny. Bambi was okay. The rest weren't particularly funny or entertaining.

This series is awesome!

This review is somewhat for the whole series in general. As I said in my "Back to the Cubeture" review I hadn't seen these yet, but I figured I had to since BttC was so dang funny. I just got through watching these and I love them! The humour is.. well, hard to place or explain, but maybe that's why it is so fresh and unique, clearly the mark of very talented writers to have such a style. It's unpredictable and strange, but wholehearted and fun. The cube aesthetic is neat as well, and of course it plays host to various visual gags. The music is awesome throughout, and the voice acting is absolutely perfect which only makes it funnier!

I love you guys, and this series is going into my favourites list. Bravo! Can't wait for more. :)

EdibleCastle responds:

thanks again, very kind words

Interesting...

I was actually skipping this one for awhile mostly because of it's front page description (I'm not into the "fighting robots" genre) but my wife convinced me to give it a watch, and it's good she did! It was an interesting mix of visual and sound based story telling, and the style was great, reminded me slightly of Jhonen Vasquez's artwork (That's a good thing), in fact the insect (Which was my favourite scene) looked a helluva lot like an Irken head, and the one robot with the Mohawk looked an awful lot like Jhonen as well. Was he an inspiration for your visuals? :P The animation was top notch, some of the best I've seen in a flash animation. Definitely worth commending.

This is a classic.

I don't know why I didn't have a review of this earlier. I love you, Waldemar. You're a genius of the absolutely bizarre.

Your art work and animation is great and who else could come up with a premise like this? It's hard to describe what your style is, but that's why it ends up being so stylish.

I hate seeing blokes like those below me though, never a shortage of "Intelligent Critiques," are there? Also, to the people below, Waldemar isn't sick in the head. He just has an imagination. You have the right not to like his work, but give constructive criticism rather than just "OMG YOU NEED THERAPY!."

lawl! Great concept!

I understand #3 a bit more after watching this one (And the second one, consider this a 2 in one review) and it made me laugh. It had a really unique concept, very funny. I shall have to look forward to #4 now :)

kevinswearingen responds:

thanks, I just started the writing on #4, I'm going to call it "You want an Inner piece of me!"

I'm trying to take all the feedback in I can before I build the next one.

Not bad. Kind of weird, but funny.

It made me chuckle, I haven't seen the other episodes, maybe I should.

Not too bad!

I liked it, it was simple and kinda silly, but funny in a weird cathartic way. How did he become to be such a bastard though? Is that just his nature? :P

ZILLIS responds:

I have thought about developing his childhood and all - but all I can say is that he just represents a bully.
Even though (or maybe because) I was a bully bag as a kid, there's something interesting in the idea of a charismatic personality bullying everyone. So that's all it is.
The other side of the question is: Will he ever meet his match?
Thanks for the score.

Awesome.

This flash is made of awesome. Rather than go into huge detail, here is a list of why this movie is awesome:

It has a man with an awesome hat.

It has awesome animation.
